PENL has an integrated network procurement system that gives the company advantage and flexibility to work with global suppliers to obtain very competitive pricing and on-time performance. Purchasing, Expediting and Source Inspections are the functions performed by PENL Procurement Division. Purchases orders are placed with global suppliers that are qualified to furnish materials and equipment for the energy and power industries.
